Community class: Yin-Yang Yoga Flow

Come for a uniquely crafted Yin Yang Yoga flow designed for all levels of flexbilility!

At the same time, to recenter your mind, body, and spirit and improve sleep quality.

This class will weave together:

• Yin Yoga (30mins) : Gentle stretches to target connective tissues and promote deep relaxation.
• Yang Yoga (30mins) : Flowing sequences to build strength, flexibility, and focus.
