Join us for an hour of mindful movement and giving back at our Community Flow class. Set in a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere, this class will guide you through a dynamic Vinyasa sequence designed to build strength, focus, and connection.
In partnership with Connect with a Wish, a local nonprofit supporting children in the foster care system, your entry fee will be a heartfelt monetary donation of your choosing. Come move with purpose and make a difference in the lives of those who need it most. 🌟
