A strong, but entertaining and uplifting Flow Class that is available to all the community with fun music and a good time. This weekly Saturday 8:30am donation class will get you movin' and groovin' into the weekend. Expect a bit of a challenge and a fun time! All of our Community Classes are donation-based (any amount, included zero accepted for entry). Donations can be selected in pay options when signing up online or placed in our donation box on the day of the class.
We have these Community Classes offered WEEKLY on the studio schedule:
TUES 4:00pm Flow
SAT 8:30am Strong Fun & Flow
SUN 6:00pm Meditation: Mantra & Pranayama

We are a nonprofit with a mission to make yoga more accessible on main streets!
If you want to help these classes remain available to the community and have the means you may donate more than the class value amount to "pay it forward" to those who may not have as stable means to pay for yoga.

Main Street Yoga Center is located at 1882 EAST MAIN St., conveniently off the Yahara Bike Path between East Washington Ave. and Williamson St.
Walkable to those in nearby neighborhoods, as well as street parking, parking lot, and bike racks available.
