Our circuit-style class will guide you through a series of exercises, each completed in a 1-minute work period followed by 10 seconds of rest.
You'll work together with your community to complete each circuit, supporting and motivating each other to reach new heights!
Our class will feature a mix of exercises, including: - Squat jumps - Mountain climbers - Burpees - Lunges - Shuttles - And more!
Plus, get ready for some added challenges: - EMOM (Every Minute on the Minute) workouts, where you'll complete a specific exercise at the start of each minute - AMRAP (As Many Rounds as Possible) challenges, where you'll push yourself to complete as many rounds of a circuit as possible in a set time
