Join Emma & Callum for a circle gathering to share some good vibes together!The weeks can fly by and we may not often get a chance to check in with ourselves, nor connect with others in wholesome ways.
We are offering a space where we can lift each other up by sharing beneficial practices that allow us to feel deeply relaxed and more connected within and with each other.
The content of each circle will depend on the energy of the group, different seasonal themes, and what each host can offer.
We will mostly share:
*Medicine Songs (that promote elevated emotions such as joy),
*Drumming (bring a drum or rattle if you have one),
*Breathwork or movement practices such as Qi Gong and Yoga,
*Meditations
*Sound Journey to relax with live musical instruments such as singing bowls, guitar and soothing vocals.
*A selection of teas or ceremonial cacao- a delicious plant drink that supports our connection to deeper joy!

The benefits of these circles are huge!
They can include:
*Deep relaxation
*Reduced stress and anxiety
*Heightened focus
*A boost of energy & feeling of rejuvenation

You have the option to bring a healing song to share and a drum or rattle, but it's not a necessity!
Nor is being "able to sing." EVERYONE can sing! And singing in a group is a very powerful way to connect and elevate our emotional state!
Freeing our voice through singing also helps us to "speak up" in other areas of our lives.
Your voice is always very welcome and appreciated!
What to bring:
* Yoga mat & cushion for sitting & laying on floor (chairs provided if needed)
* Wear warm, soft, layered clothing suitable for movement & laying down for a long time- socks, jumper & blanket (that don't "rustle" when moving)
* Water in a LARGE reusable bottle (not plastic as they can "pop" & be disturbing)
* Medicine song to share, drum or rattle (optional)
