Community Circle: Money Matters2-Part Series

One powerful way to take yoga off the mat and into our daily lives is by exploring our feelings, mindsets, and actions around money. Through yoga, breathwork, and meditation, we can transform our relationship with resources like money, releasing limiting beliefs and creating space for abundance.
Session 1: Awareness & Connection
- Opening meditation, grounding practices and introduction
- Open discussion on our relationship with money
- Presentation on the emotional psychological aspects of money
- Reflection- journaling and or group activity
*Will send participants home with "homework"
Session 2: Action & Empowerment
- Opening meditation, grounding practices
- Explore tools for well-being to curate overall financial wellbeing.(One must first be healthy in body and mind before generating abundance)
- Closing Circle with reflections and intentions
- Take-home resources and actionable steps rooted in the 8 limbs of yoga.
