About this Event
Join Jasmine RaShaé (founder of Soulful Flow Yoga) and Tasha Hampton (certified sound healer and breathwork practitioner) for an evening aimed to fully restore the body while welcoming love and peace into the soul.
This 60-minute event will incorporate 30 minutes of a gentle Yin flow followed by 30 minutes of an immersive sound bath. All levels are welcome.
