About this Event
Black and Browon women, join us for the Community Care Sound Bath III, a deeply restorative weekly experience centered on reconnecting with your senses and returning to yourself. Each session we explore one of the six senses — taste, smell, sight, hearing, touch, and intuition — through gentle rituals designed to help you slow down, soften, and ground before immersing into a healing sound bath. This space is for Black and Brown women only.
You’ll be guided through a peaceful, beginner-friendly practice featuring crystal singing bowls, intentional breath, and sensory prompts that support rest and emotional release. This is your space to unplug, restore, and feel held in community.
Bring anything that helps you feel comfortable — a journal, socks, blanket, or pillow. Mats and blankets are available on a first-come basis.
