This heart-opening Cacao Ceremony will be guided with the gentle medicine of ceremonial-grade cacao, supporting us in aligning with the changing season and connecting more deeply with ourselves and each other.During this ceremony, you will sip your ceremonial cacao and be gently guided through:
A sacred space opening featuring guided meditation
Light breathwork to ground and energize
A shamanic journey where you may meet a spirit animal to help guide you through this season of transition
Sound healing to restore harmony and presence
An invitation to share with community the release of something that no longer serves you.
This is a space to slow down, reset, and celebrate the shift into autumn with intention and gratitude.
