This Breathwork experience is designed to help you release stress and tension, and foster a sense of inner calm and relaxation. In a fast-paced world, it's easy to accumulate stress and hold onto tension in our bodies and minds. This workshop will guide you through breathwork techniques that facilitate deep relaxation, allowing you to let go of the pressures and worries that weigh you down. Whether you're dealing with daily stressors, anxiety, or physical tension, this session will support you in finding relief and restoring a state of balance and peace.

What is Breathwork?
Breathwork gives you a direct experience for healing and transformation by accessing your body's innate healing intelligence. Breathwork is a conscious and connected breathing technique that supports you to improve your mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing through accessing non-ordinary states of consciousness.

Who is Gemma Rose?
Gemma is a fully certified trauma-informed Breathwork Practitioner (Owaken), and Trauma-Recovery Coach (IAOTRC). After nearly a decade working in award-winning philanthropic and charitable organisations, she now supports people to develop new levels of self-leadership through deep inner-work. She specialises in supporting clients to connect back to their authentic selves and the present moment. Her passion lies in supporting clients to unlock their unique gifts and purpose through emotional mastery and intuitive development.
