In this Breathwork session, we’ll explore the edges of what you believe is possible and open up new perspectives, opportunities, and a renewed sense of purpose. Through the breath, you’ll create space for expansive thinking, tapping into the infinite potential that awaits you. This workshop is an invitation to dream bigger and step into the possibilities you’ve been longing for.

What is Breathwork?
Breathwork gives you a direct experience for healing and transformation by accessing your body's innate healing intelligence. Breathwork is a conscious and connected breathing technique that supports you to improve your mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing through accessing non-ordinary states of consciousness.

Who is Gemma Rose?
Gemma is a fully certified trauma-informed Breathwork Practitioner (Owaken), and Trauma-Recovery Coach (IAOTRC). After nearly a decade working in award-winning philanthropic and charitable organisations, she now supports people to develop new levels of self-leadership through deep inner-work. She specialises in supporting clients to connect back to their authentic selves and the present moment. Her passion lies in supporting clients to unlock their unique gifts and purpose through emotional mastery and intuitive development.
