An invitation for expansion and growth, join your community for a Conscious Connected Breathwork Ceremony
Join us for an evening of Conscious Connected Breathwork in Squamish BC
All of the facilitators are trained under Robin Clements - founder of Breathwave.
If you are new to Conscious Connected Breathwork or Breathwave, you’ll learn that it is a safe and effective practice for tuning our human instrument and bringing us into greater harmony within ourselves. The breathing method is gentle, and effectively regulates our nervous system so that we can operate in the world as more grounded and present human beings. This ceremony is also an opportunity to work through layers of stored emotions, trauma, grief and pain which are stored in the physical body in a safe and supportive container. While there is space to work through difficult emotional blocks, many people have wildly ecstatic, pleasurable and joyful journeys as well! Every journey is so different. Your facilitators will hold space for you to process anything that arises and be sure that you have the tools to integrate and move forward with what you discover.
The breath ~ Prana ~ is life force energy. It is a powerful healing tool that is within all of us, at all times. This ceremony is an empowering experience, where you learn that YOU are the medicine. As facilitators, we are here to create the container, ensure your safety and guide you into a journey deep within so that you can discover the next steps on your path of healing and self exploration.
