What to Expect
Info: Before the Session:
We’ll begin with a brief group check-in and intention setting.
You’ll get comfortable lying down in a safe, welcoming environment.
I'll explain the breathing technique and answer any questions.
During the Breathwork:
You’ll practice a connected breathing pattern (deep inhales & relaxed exhales with no pauses).
Music, verbal guidance, and optional supportive touch may be used to deepen the experience.
You may feel physical sensations, emotional release, or moments of deep clarity.
Being in a group setting can create a powerful energetic field that enhances your experience.
After the Session:
We’ll have time for gentle integration, rest, and reflection.
A sharing circle will be offered (optional) to process insights and experiences together.
You can expect to leave feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply connected to yourself and others.
Each session is unique, and you are encouraged to breathe at your own pace while being supported by the collective energy of the group.
