Community Breathwork & Sound Bath

Our goal at Azalea Jane Salon is to foster a space for beauty, art, and right relationships. One of our regular, donation based community offerings is a community breathwork - soundbath circle.

Joining beauty+ wellness together in a warm, accessible environment, breathwork and sound can help you release stress, promote self-discovery, and restore balance to your mind, body, and soul. This active meditation process is popular amongst both athletes and mystics-- harnessing the physiological and mystical benefits of mindful breathing for bringing balance to the body at every level.

During this in-person event, you'll be guided through active breathing exercises that will help you clear and reset your nervous system, connect with your inner self and find a sense of calm. After the active process, relax with soothing sounds of various instruments like crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes, allowing you to enter a state of restorative rest and reflection.

No prior experience is necessary to participate in this event, come Whether you're seeking stress relief, emotional healing, or simply a moment of tranquility, our community breathwork and sound bath event is the perfect opportunity to unwind and connect with like-minded individuals in a relaxed setting.

Meditation blankets will be provided. Please bring yoga mat/extra blanket, journal, water bottle as well as an eye cover and anything else you may need to support your expereince.

This community circle is faciliated by AJS founder Andi Scarbrough, breathwork facilitator, multi-lineage Reiki Master, sound practioner, beauty alchemist and guide. Andi brings decades of expereince in the work of personal transformation, group leadership, ritual facilitation, as well as a dynamic career as a salon professional. In this space, she creates an accessible environment to cultivate whole-being beauty.

Contributions for Andi's community gatherings support the maintenance of the space and supply complimentary materials provided. Outside facilitators keep all donations offered for the contribution of their time.
