Welcome to the Community Breath and Cold Plunge Gathering at Salty Buddha Yoga! Join us for a rejuvenating experience that will invigorate your mind, body, and soul. Take a deep breath and release any tension as you participate in guided breathing exercises.

Then, brace yourself for a refreshing plunge into cold water that will leave you feeling alive and energized.

Dev will teach us the science behind the breath and the cold and coach you through the entire experience. Dev has been hosting breath work and cold plunging for over 3 years at the Center of Anna maria and has a long relationship with Salty buddha! She is also certifed in constrast therapy and will touch on the science behind that as well!

We have gotten away from being vulnerable with one another, we have strayed away from human connection, we have gotten comfortable. This type of method creates connection and gets us out of our comfort zone TOGETHER! These methods force you to be present in your body, which for some can be uncomfortable and down right emotional, don’t worry I will carry you through !❤️

Breath work and cold plunging are somatic exercises to help move energy and emotions.
