Join us for a Free Community Boxing Seminar on Saturday, November 15, 10:00 AM–12:00 PM at Edge Fitness LLC. This special two-hour training is led by professional boxing coach Danny Akers alongside pro fighter and coach Josh Tufte. Whether you’re brand-new to boxing or have years of experience, this seminar will sharpen your fundamentals and boost your confidence.What you’ll learn:
Stance, footwork, and balance that set up every punch
Jab, cross, hook, and uppercut mechanics (with safe progressions)
Defense basics: guard, slips, rolls, and footwork exits
Simple combos, pad-work flow, and bag-work efficiency
How to train smart: warm-ups, rounds, and recovery
Who can attend: All Edge Fitness members and the community—FREE.
What to bring: Comfortable workout gear and water. Boxing gloves/hand wraps, if you have them.
