August 31 2024 from 10:00am to 3:00pm Greater Grace Church (GGC) will be hosting the 2nd annual community awareness & resources event. This is a great opportunity to come together as a community and connect with each other. GGC will have a speaker from AARP to discuss fraud/Scam prevention. They also will have an organization called "Mean Girl Project" to discuss and train in self defense and lastly we will have the Sacramento Police Dept. will be present to fingerprint the children. GGC wants to make the community aware of steps they can take to guard against identity theft or fraud safety defense and keeping our kids safe. If a child is missing law enforcement agencies will need an immediate and accurate detailed description of a child and a quick and easy way to identify them - fingerprinting is the way to go.
