About this Event
"Community and Diversity" is part two of two in the series, addressing diversity and inclusion from multiple perspectives in such a way that builds confidence in our community and human service professionals to work with the people they serve. Community is both diverse and cohesive at once. It must embrace and celebrate individuals and achieve harmony and cohesion in the group. How we find that balance is debated among the several disciplines that bring us to the work. Sociology and psychology have differing perspective on what matters and what works.
This workshop will be facilitated by BRITTA REGAN WEST, MA, RCC-ACS, TITC-CT/CFST CLINICAL DIRECTOR. In partnership with RISE a collaborative youth initiaitve (supported by the City of Maple Ridge).
There are two different times and dates avalaible for this session.
