Join us for CommuniTree Festival 2025 – Sounds of the City! - celebration of global music, dance, creativity and togetherness. This inclusive community festival brings people together to enjoy the diverse sounds and cultures that shape our city and the world around us. The nominal entry fee of £2 will be donated directly to Macmillan Cancer Support (Thank you for supporting our chosen charity this year).
Catch performances from the brilliant Ukrainian School Band, the infectious Latin rhythms of Mas y Mas, thought-provoking spoken-word from Hilario the Poet + band, and the soulful sound of the Ansumana Suso Trio, playing traditional and contemporary West African pieces on kora, balafon, djembe, talking drum and sewruba. The trio will be closing the festival and promise to rise the roof!
CommuniTree Festival is a space where everyone belongs. Thanks to Arts Council England for supporting this event.
This event is family-friendly. All under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.
Arrive between 6:30pm and 7pm to enjoy socialising time in the bar. Show starts at 7pm prompt!
