We have been successful in getting through to the live voting for funding from COMMUNITIES LEADING CHANGE.We have been meeting with other community groups in Warrenpoint for the past few months to put together a long term plan to improve Warrenpoint .The aim is to work together to create a tapestry of beautiful spaces throughout the town, which will encourage biodiversity and support nature and at the same time enhance our town’s beauty! We plan to develop a “pollinator corridor” leading from the community garden weaving its way along verges, streets, parks, schools, churches, health centres , homes and any where that will support wildflowers, plants and nature.
So we need everyone’s support to come to Warrenpoint Townhall on Saturday 4th October to vote in person for our project . This is a simple idea but one that will have a big impact on people and on nature 💚
