To define "community", we must first examine what a community is. Is it a group of people? Is it a place? A feeling? Strong examples and arguments can be made for each. One thing is for certain: community almost always involves a sense of togetherness and a realization that in what we do and who we are, we are not alone.
Springfield Chamber Chorus is excited to present our final concert of the season, "Communitas" on Sunday, April 6th at 3:00pm in The Atrium of First & Calvary Presbyterian Church. This concert is a free performance that is part of the F&C Musical Offerings Series.
Through works by Beethoven, Hagenberg, Hildegard von Bingen, Runestad, and more, we will journey together through our shared physical and philosophical understandings of community. You won't want to miss this concert!
