“Gen Z in the Workplace”
Generational differences can be a source of conflict in the workplace, but they also can drive innovation and progress. It's our ability to effectively communicate across generational differences that will determine if the growing generational diversity on our teams will be a strength that propels us forward or a stumbling block that slows our progress. By the end of 2025, Gen Z will represent 25% of the workforce and as a group they are wildly different from their Millennial, Gen X and Baby Boomer predecessors. Being prepared to attract and foster top talent from this key demographic will be critical to the success of our organizations and research into this new generation suggests communicators will play a critical role in doing that. Join us for a conversation about who Gen Z is, what they’re looking for, what you need to know to help them reach their greatest potential, and the critical role communicators will play in the successful integration of this next generation into the workplace.
