The Oregon & Washington Young Farmers & Ranchers Communications Boot Camp is a three-day event focused on building practical communication skills, leadership capacity, and meaningful connections within agriculture.Designed for young farmers and ranchers from both Oregon and Washington, this boot camp will offer educational sessions, peer learning, and opportunities to connect with industry partners and fellow producers. Topics will focus on communicating about agriculture, engaging with the public, and strengthening leadership skills that can be applied on the farm, in business, and in the community.
