Welcome to the Communications and Marketing Community of Practice event.

The potential of Artificial Intelligence and how we can use it in our work will be the focus of this meeting of the Communications and Marketing Community of Practice.

We will be joined by Rob Lindsay, Educational Developer in the University’s Centre for Innovation in Education, as we explore aspects including:

• Which tasks, challenges and opportunities AI may help us with in the University’s communications and marketing
• A look at some of the tools available and an introduction to how to use them
• Discussion around ethics, use of data and privacy
• The development of guidelines for the use of AI in our communications and marketing
