Join Beth from Centered By Sound as she guides you into a deep relaxation using sound and vibration to promote self-healing for the body, mind & spirit.
Relax to the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, drums, wind instruments, string instruments and the grounding effects of the gong.
Afterwards, enjoy a warm cup of a grounding tea blend.
