Sign-up for this initmate donation-based, movement workshop at least 24-hours in advance. BYO mat, these workshops takes place outdoors (weather permitting). Please check in with HIERO at the front of the building no less than 10 minutes prior to the start of class!
HIERO (IG: @HIERO.nyc) is a professional dancer, yogi, and somatic mover of 22 years! They are excited to present this community offering as a third space for movement, music, and mindful connections to oursleves and our community!
