An intentional and powerful gathering for ritual, reflection, and connection. We meet in person one Friday evening each month from January to June, alternating between New Moon and Full Moon energies. Each month features a rotating of practices so every circle feels fresh, intentional and aligned with the moment.Monthly Themes

Name what wants to be nurtured and invite gentle beginnings.
February — Full Moon: Glow & Gratitude
A warm, luminous check-in. Celebrate what is present and release what is holding your heart back from fully opening.
March — New Moon: Seed & Soil
Plant a tender intention. Choose one nourishing practice to help it root.
April — Full Moon: Bloom & Blessings
Notice what has opened. Offer blessings for what is thriving and release what no longer serves.
May — New Moon: Soft Expansion
Welcome ease and delight. Create a simple ritual that makes room for beauty.
June — Full Moon: Harvest & Heartfire
Gather the season’s wisdom. Honor your growth and choose what to carry into summer.
What to expect each circle
A rotating mix curated to match the moon and the season, always held within community where we engage in conscious conversation. Practices may include:
- Guided meditation or relaxation
- Simple sound healing
- Gentle somatic practices and breath cues
- Rituals such as candle lighting, release, or blessing
- Crystals, oracle or tarot cards, and simple altar elements
- Essential oils or aromatherapy moments
- Journaling prompts with optional sharing and dialogue
- Quiet reflection, music, and tea
No two months are the same. You can participate in the ways that feel right for you.
Schedule
One Friday night per month at Above Average Wellness. Doors open 15 minutes early for tea and settling in. Class length will vary between 90-120 min, please plan for 2 hours.

Flexibility
If you cannot attend a month, you may gift your seat to a friend for that session. Please send us their name in advance. If you can not commit to 6 months, sign up individually for drop in.

6-Month Subscription: $234
