Communal Dinner - Bapsang by Magpie and the Tiger & Hana Makgeolli
Bapsang by Magpie and the Tiger and Hana Makgeolli will be hosted in Nido's beautiful space with two 12 seat bapsangs aka Korean meal settings. Alice will be personally pouring parings that she will bring from her Brooklyn brewery through the night as chefs Roren and Caleb will be bringing you a fall inspired table filled from inspiration from their recent trip to Korea. The menu will feature items such as danhobak juk or a sweet and savory Kabocha squash sweet rice porridge, chefs Caleb and Roren's wedding main dish - Korean Pork Pernil, an elaborate banchan spread, assorted unique ssam, and more! We are all so excited to share this one-night-only experience with you all!
