Join our Community Tabata class for a high-energy, motivating, and fun workout experience!Tabata is a form of HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) that involves 20 seconds of all-out effort followed by 10 seconds of rest.
This cycle is repeated for 8 rounds, resulting in a intense and effective workout.
In our Community Tabata class, you'll be guided through a series of exercises, each completed in the Tabata format. You'll work together with your community to push through the challenges and celebrate the successes.
Our expert PT Kat will lead you through a variety of exercises, including: - Shuttles - Burpees - Jump squats - Mountain climbers - And more!
You'll be encouraged to work at your own pace, but be prepared to be motivated by the energy of the group and the infectious enthusiasm of our instructor.
