For our exhibition ‘Commonality’ at Gallery M, we as six emerging South Australian artists have come together to explore our common ground and the important role of community engagement in arts practice. Based upon our mutual and diverse experiences in the arts industry, we have identified the need for a strengthened emphasis on emerging collaboration.
Through material investigation and collaborative practice, we are interested in the common threads that exist between us as emerging artists.
