The duties of committee members
Obligations of shareholders
How to calculate fair maintenance contributions
What to do if some shareholders are absentee or inactive
The difference between maintenance and improvement costs
How to handle payment collection
The ins and outs of income distribution (like resumption money)

In Part A, we look at the roles of the committee and dealing with Maintenance payment collection, and in Part B, we look at distribution of income such as Resumption money, and how to deal with collection of payments for improvements on the Common.
