Common Cloth is a vibrant space that blends the essence of a free market with the camaraderie of a clothing swap and repair café. Here, the value of clothing isn't just in its material worth, but in its life cycle and the connections it fosters.
FAQ:
'Do I need to bring along clothes in order to participate?'
- No. You can come along empty handed and leave with an arm full. All we ask is when you have come to the end of your enjoyment for a clothing item you pass it back to Common Cloth, or pass it on to someone free of charge.
'Can I bring clothes to sell?'
- No, we are all about the free-dom baby! Bring along anything you wish to give away to a new home, we will have tables set up for items.
'What can I bring along to donate?'
- Clean clothes, fabrics, bedding, shoes, accessories, etc. No large items (furniture, etc).
'What happens to the items after the market?'
- We hang onto any left-over items and put them up for giveaway at the next Common Cloth event.
Common Cloth accepts and celebrates all bodies, identities, sexualities, backgrounds and cultures.

ACCESSIBILITY
The venue is fully accessible with seats available for patrons with mobility issues and areas for wheelchairs. All bathrooms in the venue are gender neutral.
SAFE SPACE
We believe in safe and positive spaces where all people are welcome and respected. We believe clothes have no gender and on the day, clothes will be placed out in types (tops/jumpers/pants etc) not "genders." Be assured you can try on whatever you like, no judgement here! If you experience or see something that doesn’t look right, please report it to one of our friendly staff.
