About this Event
This class will provide real estate brokers with an overview of the different types of commercial real estate contracts and transactions. The material focuses on the different levels of transfers of real estate rights from the least (license) to the most complete set of rights (fee simple sale). The class will help the commercial broker understand the unique attributes of different types of commercial contracts and transactions from a functional and legal perspective and the key risks for the parties to such transactions.
