Ramon Tookes is a seasoned real estate investor, educator, author, and wealth builder with over 20 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate. He is the founder of The Tookes Group, a real estate investment consulting firm established in 2005, where he oversees strategy, acquisitions, and investor education.
Raised in a family of entrepreneurs, Ramon was exposed early to business ownership and real estate investing. He completed his first real estate deal while still in college and went on to finance much of his education through real estate investments. Over the years, his experience has expanded across multiple asset classes, including buy-and-hold investments, wholesaling, rehabs, and commercial real estate.
Ramon is widely known for simplifying complex real estate concepts and helping investors understand how to structure deals, build teams, and grow sustainably. Through his educational platforms, he has trained and mentored thousands of aspiring and experienced investors, emphasizing practical strategies, risk awareness, and long-term wealth building.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Georgia State University and a Juris Doctorate from Emory University. Born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, Ramon is a proud father of five and remains actively involved in education, entrepreneurship, and community development.
