Love playing Commander, but want to maintain a casual, fun environment? Why not try the Game Time Commander Sealed League!How it works:
The entry fee is simple. Buy a sealed MTG Commander for the season and you're ready to go.
Each week you will have a budget of up to $35 to spend on Magic sealed product to adjust/upgrade your precon. Decks will be left at the store so that they are always available for you to use in sealed league matches. You may play as many matches as you like each week, but your score will only be tallied from your top 3. What's that? Score in Commander?! Yup. We'll be using a fun and inventive scorecard that you will record during your matches, gaining points for such situations as saving an opponent from being eliminated, or casting your commander 3 times in a game.
Each week we will have smaller prizes to give out. In addition, there will be larger end-of-season prizing for top performers (and a few other metrics that we will reveal later!).
The season will last until the release of the next Commander precons (Modern Horizons 3 in mid June) at which point, a new season will begin.
