In its 60th year and 44th Arts Awards ceremony, the Arts Council of Greater New Haven plans to revisit its 1984 theme of "Coming Together," highlighting the 16 towns within the Greater New Haven service region.
Those include Bethany, Branford, Cheshire, East Haven, Guilford, Hamden, Madison, Meriden, Milford, New Haven, North Branford, North Haven, Orange, Wallingford, West Haven and Woodbridge. Each has its own unique flair; each brings a different piece to the cultural puzzle.
And each, perhaps, is better when working in collaboration with regional partners, from organizations to individual artists. Greater New Haven has a robust arts ecosystem, including hundreds of artists and creatives who grow the state’s cultural, emotional, and economic footprint.
Proceeds from this event will benefit the Arts Council of Greater New Haven's grant making initiatives.
By buying a ticket and attending the event, you agree and acknowledge the following statements:
Photography and Video Recording: The 43rd Annual Arts Awards will involve photography, video recording, and audio recording by the Arts Council or authorized third parties. By attending the Event, you grant permission for your likeness, image, voice, and actions to be captured, recorded, and used for promotional, marketing, educational, and other related purposes by the Arts Council.
Use of Images and Recordings: Images, photographs, video footage, and audio recordings captured during the Event may be used by the AC in various mediums, including but not limited to websites, social media platforms, newsletters, marketing materials, press releases, and other promotional materials. You understand that these materials may be publicly accessible and used by the AC without further notification or compensation.
