Coming to Your Center - Healing Day
What your healing day will include:
-Guided Meditation
-Forest Bathing
-Nature Walks
-Sacred Circle
-Sound Journey
-Journaling
-Group Integration
-Herbal Tea Ceremony (We will have several kinds for you to choose from)
-Water, Tea, Snacks are provided
Participants Bring-a-longs:
-Your lunch (There is a full kitchen to store and heat up your lunch)
-Fav journal + writing instrument
-We will have mats for you to sit or lay on (or chairs if you prefer), but please bring what will help you create your safe space including:
-Blanket
-Yoga mat
-Bolster
-Pillow
-Eye mask
Location: Staying cozy inside the Bunker Hills Activity Center right by the bunker stables nestled in 1,600 acres of forest in the suburbs in Andover. We will have a healing activity outside, please dress for the weather.
