Together, Jeri Tourand, Self-Love and Forgiveness Coach, and Tracy Roberge, RYT500 Yoga Therapist and Meditation Teacher, will guide you through a heart-opening day of:

Jeri Tourand, The Love Mentor, B.Ed.
Jeri is a Love Mentor and Ho’oponopono practitioner specializing in forgiveness, self-love, and relationship healing. A mother, author, and Zen Trilotherapy trainer, she is passionate about awakening Divine Love within others so they can live freely and fully aligned with their truth.
Tracy Roberge, RYT500, Relax & Renew Certified, Myofascial Release & Arthritis Trained
Tracy is a skilled and deeply intuitive Gentle Yoga, Restorative and Meditation teacher with extensive experience in Yoga Therapy specializing in autoimmune conditions, pre and post joint replacement care, Yoga Nidra, Myofascial Release, and mindfulness. With compassion born from her own healing journey, Tracy invites students into deep stillness, somatic awareness, and nervous system restoration. Her classes are safe, gentle, and profoundly nourishing. |
