Coming Home to Center: A Community Hypnosis Circle for Grounded Intuition + Embodied Calm September 8th, 2025 from 6-8pm at Amulet (103 West Jackson Avenue, Knoxville, TN, 37902 Make sure to build in some extra time for parking, it can be a bit tricky in the Old City).
Join us for a gentle, trauma-informed group hypnosis experience to reconnect with your inner knowing, regulate your nervous system, and come home to yourself.
Slow down, tune in, and remember the wisdom that lives within you.
What the experience will look like:
We’ll begin by settling in with tea and creating a cozy, supportive space. After a gentle grounding practice, there will be space for introductions and optional intention-sharing.
From there, you’ll be guided through a group hypnosis session that includes calming breathwork, visualization, therapeutic suggestions, and subconscious reprogramming… all within a trauma-informed, choice-based container.
Each person will have their own unique inner experience. Afterward, you’ll have time to reflect, journal, and, if you choose, share insights or connect within the circle before we close.
