🏡 Coming Home: Reconnecting with Yourself
Amidst the busyness of life, this workshop invites you to gently come home to yourself. Through guided reflection, nervous system regulation tools, and calming breathwork, you’ll reconnect with your needs, replenish your energy, and leave with a deeper sense of grounding and self-compassion.

The Wise, Wild & Well series is a collection of seven in-person workshops designed for women navigating the busy, beautiful, and sometimes messy seasons of life. Each 2.5-hour gathering blends reflection, practical wellbeing tools, and supportive group connection in a warm, welcoming space on the Redlands Coast. You can attend a single workshop, choose a few that speak to you most, or join the full series to experience the unfolding journey from clarity and resilience to joy, compassion, and rest.
