This 60-minute journey is a sanctuary for your nervous system and spirit, blending ancient Pranayama techniques with modern science to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and inner alignment.
Through rhythmic breathing, gentle breath retention, guided visualization, and music designed to shift your brainwaves and balance your emotional state, you’ll be guided into a space of deep presence and self-connection.

Please note doors open at 6:30pm, class starts at 7pm, at which time the doors are promptly locked to ensure a smooth session, there will be no late arrivals allowed in. The session ends at 8pm, with a wind-down and Q & A session until 8:30pm. For a more comfortable experience, please avoid coming with a full stomach.
