Moving through the 5Rhythms map of Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness, we reconnect with our breath, our expression and our essence, in the present moment.
Coming home to our body and soul, and from there moving together in authentic and inspirational relationship with another and the group.
No previous experience required. This workshop counts as 2,5 days of Waves Level towards the Teacher Training.

Susanne has been dancing and living the 5Rhythms for over 20 years. She is a certified 5Rhyhtms teacher, completed the global Teacher Training in 2018. She offers classes and workshops primarily in Sweden and Portugal.
