This 4-week series is an invitation to return—to the mat, to your body, and to the present moment, even as it meets us with uncertainty.Designed for both beginners and seasoned practitioners, including those who have been away from the mat for a while, this series will revisit the foundations of yoga. Together, we’ll explore essential postures and practices to ground and reconnect us.
Each class will offer a blend of mindful movement, breath, and reflection. Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time in months or years—or simply longing to return to the basics with a fresh perspective—this series offers a welcoming place to land.
COST: $60 for the full series, $18 drop ins.
DATES: August 31st, September: 7th, 14th, and 21st
Each class is open to drop-ins; committing to all four is not required.

Golden Hour is still learning the intricacies of the booking system, and we are currently only able to reserve if you would like to book the full series. Drop -ins are very welcome unless the limit is reached with reservations.
