Motivate and encourage yourself with kindness and love rather than judgment and criticism. Learn to truly be your own best friend with self-compassion practices mainly based on the teachings of Dr Kristen Neff & Chris Germer ( pioneers in mindful self-compassion ). The course is 6 sessions of 2-hours held Thursdays at 6:30pm on the 10, 24, 31 October, and 7, 14, and 28th of November at Mount St Joseph Retreat House in Targa Gap ( with ample parking and surrounded by lush peaceful gardens ).
We will dive deep into your relationship with yourself and others to support your:
* Ability to no longer be hard on yourself
*Ability to start motivating yourself with encouragement and not criticism
*Capacity to navigate difficult emotions with greater ease & resilience
*Increased sense of connection to self and others
*Greater self-confidence and self-acceptance
* More happiness and a sense of satisfaction.
The course trainer, Petra Spiteri, is a Trauma Sensitive Mindfulness Trainer ( accredited with the EFT & Mindfulness Centre, UK ) whose passion is empowering others to live life and not just exist! Her motto is "We can't give others from an empty cup!"
