✨Coming Back Home to Your Body✨You’re invited to a ladies night with a difference — one that’s soulful, meaningful, creative and fun.
Set in a peaceful forest venue, this afternoon and evening is all about slowing down, tuning in, and reconnecting with your body in a whole new way — with movement, creativity, and honest conversation.
We’ll explore the reasons it can feel so hard to love our changing bodies, and how we can start to shift from judgment into trust, compassion and acceptance.
There’ll be:

💃 Gentle movement, stretch and dance
💬 Real, open sharing in a safe space
🍵 Tea, coffee, snacks and a wholesome make-your-own pita dinner
It’s a chance to connect deeply with yourself and other women — and to have fun doing it.
This is an alcohol free event as the focus is on true connection, genuine laughter and an opportunity to experience a meaningful ladies night with a difference.
