Join cookbook author and teacher Molly Stevens for an immersive hands-on workshop where we'll transform a cornucopia of fall produce into colorful and creative sides and salads that will take your holiday cooking to the next level. Inspired by recipes from Molly's award-winning cookbooks, we'll learn the techniques behind roasted root vegetable medleys, grain-based salads, cozy gratins, and more. Molly will also share tips for meal planning in order to make vegetables the star of the show and focus on do-ahead preparations.About the instructor:
Molly Stevens is a James Beard award-winning author, cooking instructor, and recipe developer. Her cookbooks include All About Dinner: Simple Meals, Expert Advice (2019), All About Roasting (2011), and All About Braising (2004). Her recipes and articles have appeared Food & Wine, Bon Appétit, Fine Cooking, Eating Well, Everyday with Rachel Ray, and other national publications. She has been named Cooking Teacher of the Year by both the International Association of Culinary Professionals and Bon Appétit. Molly is a co-host of the Everything Cookbooks podcast.
