Comfort Tools for Labor is a 1 day, 4.5 hour course for birthing folks who want to practice coping tools for pain management during labor. Class will also cover comfort tools for the last weeks of pregnancy and the first few weeks of postpartum life.This class welcomes those planning a Hospital or a Home Birth and is useful whether the birthing person hopes to have a medicated or unmedicated birth.
Registration covers the cost of the birthing person and 1 additional support person.
