Tom Yum Soup: this famous Thai soup is so simple but very tasty with Lemongrass and kaffir lime in a rich and flavorful broth, shrimp spring rolls another favorite served with sweet chili sauce, pork banh Mi crostini a twist on the original but still very tasty. To finish off this meal we will prepare matcha whipped cream crepes. Just a nice bright ending to our meal.On The Menu:

At Kitch, our cooking classes are a hands-on experience. You won’t just watch from the sidelines, you’ll break into groups, and actively prepare the night’s menu, with each group handling a different recipe. No matter what your skill level, you’ll be able to learn new techniques as Chef Amanda helps everyone individually, as well as addressing the group as a whole during the process of preparing the menu! You’ll be able to interact with the other groups to learn new prep and cooking techniques as well! Once the menu has been cooked, you will sit down as a group at our elegant farm table and enjoy a glass of wine, and a sit-down dinner from fantastic meal you have created! Classes are limited to a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 12 people, and run between 2 and 3 hours, depending on the menu and class size. All recipes will be provided to every participant. If, in order to save time, Chef Amanda has prepared some items from the menu ahead of time, she will be sure to explain the process to all. All recipes will be provided to every participant.
**Complimentary wine tasting will be provided, and you are also welcome to bring your own beverages (BYOB).**
