ComedySportz: Improv Comedy in collaboration with Thrivent - New Ulm Area GroupSaturday, September 20, 2025, at 7 PM
ComedySportz is improv comedy that is played as a sport. Two teams of comedic actors compete for laughs, performing improv comedy based on audience suggestions right on the spot. A referee is the emcee for the show. The referee awards points and calls fouls on the teams or the audience. The audience gives out suggestions for the comedy improv, votes on awarding points to the teams, and can even be asked to assist on stage, or as we call it, the field. ComedySportz is fast-paced, upbeat, and rated E for Everybody.
ComedySportz Twin Cities, or CSz Twin Cities for short, has been performing in the Twin Cities for over 35 years and is part of CSz Worldwide, an organization of 20-plus cities that perform ComedySportz.
