COMEDY UNLEASHED – Edgy Comedy is Back!Friday 4th October
with Bobby Davro, Nicholas Di Santo, Dominic Frisby & more!

Having consistently sold out shows in London for the past 5 years, Comedy Unleashed brings more of its refreshing brand of stand-up comedy to The Hifi Club in Leeds.
Comedy Unleashed nights showcase comedians who have a spirit of exploration, are counter-cultural and eschew the bland and predictable. And, if a comedian gets cancelled, we like to put them on. The audience should be the only judge and if something is funny… it’s funny. Here’s a video from the London club.

Bobby Davro
Bobby Davro has been a popular comedian since the mid-1980s, when he had his own Saturday night ITV shows, Bobby Davro on the Box, Bobby Davro's TV Annual and Bobby Davro's TV Weekly. During the 1990s Bobby switched channels to the BBC, appearing on television shows such as Public Enemy Number One. In 2016 Bobby went on a 20-date UK tour and he has been a guest of Graham Norton on his weekly BBC Radio 2 show.
Nicholas de Santo
Conservative (with a proper big C) Iranian-Italian stand-up comedian. One of the most popular acts on the Comedy Unleashed YouTube channel. Nicholas does new material about the issues of the day every time he performs.
Dominic Frisby
Dominic is a libertarian version of Billy Bragg (with a sense of humour). Dominic’s recent video ‘We’re All Far Right Now, was retweeted by Elon Musk and got 60 million views.
Dominic will perform new songs and some old favourites.

Doors: 6:30pm until 10:00pm with the first comedian onstage at 7:30pm. Please arrive at the venue by 7:00pm so you can get a drink and get sat down before the first act. If you turn up after 7:00pm you may have to wait until the next available interval to be allowed in.
Tickets are sold for the Comedy Night as an event and not for individual comedians. Line-ups are subject to change. All acts are confirmed at time of booking. Occasionally, acts may be replaced for reasons beyond our control. If this happens the act will be replaced with a suitable alternative. We do our best to keep the listings (on our calendar page) as up to date as feasibly possible with the current situation. Fancy dress is not permitted. At the discretion of management and security of The HiFi Club, same sex groups of 5 or more may be asked for a behavioural bond of £10 per person upon entry to ensure the smooth running of the comedy show. This behavioural bond will be returned at the end of the show as long as the rules of the venue have been adhered to.
